Ever wondered how to add more opportunities for pupils to explore prayer throughout the school day? Lunchtime prayer bags, prayer backpacks or prayer space in a suitcase are all brilliant ideas that are already being used across schools.

The team from Turret House in Clitheroe have designed this one and share with you their PDF instruction sheet as an example of what you could do. Ruby, Year 6, shares with us what’s inside their school prayer bag in the video.

Some schools have their Year 6 Collective Worship Leaders responsible for taking them out into the playground. Some schools the local church volunteers or chaplains take them in each week. Work with the school to see how you can serve them best.
