These lesson plans have been created by Lat Blaylock from RE Today and funded by a grant from Westhill Endowment.

There are 4 lessons for each age group.

• Key Stage 2 is pupils age 7 – 11

• Key Stage 3 is pupils age 11 – 14

For each age group there is one lesson to use before a prayer space and three to choose from for use after a prayer space.

Each lesson file is coded by its Key Stage (2 or 3) and the lesson within that set (1 to 4), for example, KS2 – 1 or KS3 – 4

For each lesson there are a set of resources. These are:

• a powerpoint file

• a teacher’s guide

For the teacher’s guides and downloadable resources there are two versions of everything, a .pdf for and a .docx original file. The .pdf will show the correct formatting.

The .docx may not look quite right but is included so that you have a file that you can edit.

You are welcome to edit or adapt these lesson plans in any way you choose. If they are useful, we’d love to hear your stories from teachers and pupils.
